Pennsylvania Notary Public Services 

We offer full notary public services in both of our locations. We also can verify VIN # title work for out-of-state vehicles since we have a Dealer Identification number. The Imperial employs over 11 notary publics and is always available to do all Notary Acts.

 

As a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we are permitted to perform six different official acts:

  • Taking acknowledgment
  • Administering oath or affirmation
  • Taking verification on oath or affirmation
  • Witnessing or attesting a signature and noting a protest of a negotiable instrument

 

A notary is strictly prohibited from giving legal advice or drafting legal documents.

 

At The Imperial Agency, we also provide mobile notary solutions when a person or company can not come to our office. Separate travel fees apply.
